产品及特点
本试剂盒是基于Inoue方法的、高效快速E.coli感受态细胞制备试剂盒。本产品具有下列特点：
1. 一步式操作，离心后重悬细胞即可，非常简单。
2. 转化率高，转化效率一般都在10E8/ug质粒以上。
3. 重复性好，可用于各种E.coli菌种，包括K12系（如JM109、DH5a等）和B系（如BL21系列菌种）。
4. 适用于低、中、高拷贝的各种质粒。
5. 本试剂盒足够20次制备，每次可以制备可以用50 mL菌液制备80管感受态细胞。所得感受态细胞在-80℃至少可以保存半年以上。
