dUTP溶液，100 mM产品及特点
dUTP (2`- 脱氧-5`- 三磷酸尿苷) 在PCR和RT-PCR 反应中替代dTTP，从而可以防止前面扩增的干扰。PCR反应中dUTP替代dTTP，导致产物中含有尿嘧啶，这种掺入适用于很多应用。将尿嘧啶-N- 糖基酶 UNG ( 有时称为UDG) 加入到PCR反应中，可切除任何污染PCR 产物的尿嘧啶，从而避免假阳性的形成。
