KAPA 2G Robust DNA聚合酶及Ready Mix 复杂PCR简单化
1、主要特点
1）扩增各种困难、复杂模板（GC或AT含量高）效果良好；2）对抑制因子不敏感；
3）单位酶的产量和灵敏度高；4）针对复杂模板，配备特定的增强剂。
2、应用范围
1）同样可用于普通的PCR反应；2）AT和GC碱基含量高和扩增；
3）模板含常见的PCR反应抑制因子，例如，盐离子、尿素、SDS、乙醇和EDTA等；
4）石蜡油包被样品；5）粪便样本；6）菌落PCR。

1）推荐反应体系
注意：各种Buffer使用推荐
1）Buffer A：推荐扩增CG含量<65%的模板；
2）Buffer B：推荐扩增含杂质、阴离子抑制剂和模板，其成分与Buffer A差异很大；
3）GC Buffer：推荐扩增GC含量高的模板，或因二级结构难以扩增的模板；
4）Enhancer 1 ：可提高反应效率和特异性，但不是适合所有模板；
5）PCR扩增中遇到困难，首先测试Buffer A或Buffer B的效果，GC含量高时可以尝试使用GC Buffer,GC含量不高时也可尝试GC Buffer，但GC Buffer不能与Enhancer1同时使用。对于特殊复杂的模板，推荐一下组合①1×GC Buffer+4%DMSO；②1×Buffer A+5%DMSO+1×KAPA enhancer 1。
