TurboScript Green Two-Step Quantitative RT-PCR Kit 是一种采用SYBR GreenI荧光染料嵌合法从反转录到PCR扩增使用两步法进行实时荧光定量检测的试剂盒，是具有高灵敏度、高效合成能力和高扩增效率的两步法RT-PCR试剂盒。利用TurboScript qPCR RT Enzyme Mix、5× TurboScript Two-Step Reaction Mix、Oligo(dT)18或Random Hexamer Primer高效地合成一链cDNA，随后再用2× TurboScript Green qPCR SuperMix进行荧光定量PCR扩增并检测。TurboScript qPCR RT Enzyme Mix中包括了TurboScript Transcriptase，该酶是一种经遗传性改变的M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase，在野生型反转录酶的基础上引进的两个点突变增加了该酶与模板-引物的亲和力, 从而增加了酶的活性和持续合成能力。2× TurboScript Green qPCR SuperMix组成中含有的热启动酶是一种结合有特异性抗体的具有高效扩增能力和高特异性的DNA聚合酶。
产品特点：

• 试剂组成中提供的ROX Reference Dye可以调整PCR加样误差所引起的管与管之间的差异。
