1. 对于荧光染料工作液，Pluronic® F-12的终浓度通常不超过0.1%。但是，对于较弱的荧光染料（如SBFI/AM，PBFI/AM，quin-2/AM和Fura Red/AM），可能需要较高浓度的Pluronic® F-12。

配制Pluronic® F-127母液
100mg Pluronic® F-127粉末中加入0.5ml DMSO，配制成20%(w/v)的DMSO母液。溶解过程需要在40℃加热20-30min。溶液室温保存，不要冷藏。如果有结晶析出，可以重新加热后溶解，不影响使用。
