Protocol
The cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10min at room temperature)and then permeabilized with 0.1% PBST for 20 min at room temperature.The cells were then incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 30 min at room temperature .Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody used for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.

| 背景资料 | The regulatory networks governing development and differentiation of hematopoietic cells are incompletely understood. Members of the Schlafen protein family have been implicated in the regulation of cell growth and T cell development. Four new members, Schlafen 5, Schlafen 8, Schlafen 9 and Schlafen 10, which belong to a distinct subgroup within this gene family have been identified and chromosomally mapped. The characteristic feature of these proteins is the presence of sequence motifs identifying them as distinct members of the superfamily I of DNA/RNA helicases. |
