蛋白抗体将目的蛋白沉淀下来？如果能直接用目的蛋白的抗体，那正是我所期望的，试验简单啊。回答：1、做Co－IP时是否选用Tag的抗体不是主要的，重要的是你用的抗体是否可以做IP以及IP的效果如何。所以说，如果你目标蛋白的抗体可以用于IP，且效 果好，就不需要顾及Tag的问题。单就Co-IP或IP而言，goat抗体最好，mouse次之，rabbit不是太好，这里好坏的重要标准之一是 Western blot时重轻链信号的干扰问题.2、抗体能用就不需要标签。3、这个没有标准答案，只有做了才知道。理论上都是可行
