Stimulates glucose transport in rat bone-derived osteoblastic (PyMS) cells and is effective at much lower concentrations than insulin, not only regarding glycogen and DNA synthesis but also with regard to enhancing glucose uptake. |

20 ng rhIGF-1 protein, Trx & His (bs-41216P) per lane probed with IGF 1 polyclonal antibody respectively, unconjugated (bs-0014R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by corresponding conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
