高安全性跑胶助手
琼脂糖凝胶电泳；聚 丙 烯 酰 胺 凝胶电泳；dsDNA、ssDNA及RNA染色
· 无毒性：Ultra GelRed 的大分子特点使其不能穿透细胞膜进入细胞内，艾姆斯氏试验结果表明其诱变性远远小于EB
· 稳定性高：适用于使用微波或其它加热方法制备琼脂糖凝胶
· 适用范围广：适用于琼脂糖凝胶或聚 丙 烯 酰 胺 凝胶电泳；可用于dsDNA、ssDNA 及RNA 染色

Ultra GelRed是一种可以替代溴化乙锭(EB)的新型核酸染料，具有灵敏度高，热稳定性强等诸多优势，对微量DNA，尤其是微量小分子DNA具有更高的检测灵敏度。经本品染色的DNA条带在紫外光透射下呈现红色荧光，适用于琼脂糖和聚 丙 烯 酰 胺 凝胶电泳中的dsDNA、ssDNA及RNA染色。
