贝博® BBproExtra® 细胞核蛋白提取试剂盒提供全套试剂，适用于从各种原代或传代动物细胞等动物细胞中提取核蛋白。提取过程简单方便，可在1小时内完成。制备的核蛋白和胞浆蛋白不仅纯度高，保持天然活性，而且绝少交叉污染。 本试剂盒含有的独特配方能够有效溶解细胞核膜组份。本试剂盒含有的蛋白酶抑制剂混合物，阻止了蛋白酶对蛋白的降解，为提取高纯度的蛋白提供了保证。 本试剂盒提取的蛋白可用于Western Blotting、转录活性分析、Gel shift凝胶阻滞实验、免疫共沉淀、酶活性测定等蛋白研究。 如果下游应用是金属螯和层析等不能含EDTA试剂的实验，可以联系贝博更换不含EDTA的蛋白酶抑制剂混合物。 本试剂盒提取的蛋白为具有天然蛋白构象的活性蛋白。
