ODN 2088 is provided lyophilized and is available in three quantities:
- 200 μg (41 nmol): tlrl-2088 (formerly tlrl-minhodn)
- 1 mg (205 nmol): tlrl-2088-5 (formerly tlrl-minhodn-5)
- 5 mg (1.025 mmol): tlrl-2088-5 (formerly tlrl-minhodn-5)
- 1.5 ml endotoxin-free water
TLR9拮抗剂 - 抑制性寡核苷酸(ODN),优选小鼠来源
Toll样受体9(TLR9)能识别特定的非甲基化CpG寡核苷酸(ODN)序列,这些序列能区分微生物DNA和哺乳动物DNA。
研究表明,存在能够中和CpG ODNs刺激作用的DNA序列[1]。
这些序列的特征是在C或A下游连续出现三个Gs,添加第四个G(G-四联体)可增强抑制能力。
最有效的抑制序列是哺乳动物端粒中的(TTAGGG)4[2],以及通过替换3个碱基从刺激性寡核苷酸(ODN)衍生而来的ODN 2088[3]。
抑制性寡核苷酸(ODNs)通过破坏胞质内体囊泡中CpG ODNs与TLR9的共定位来发挥作用,而不影响细胞结合和摄取。
