产品描述：
Apixaban（阿哌沙班，又称BMS 562247-01，商品名为Eliquis）是一种高度选择性的、可逆的、直接Xa因子抑制剂，并抑制凝血酶原酶结合的Xa因子，对人和兔Xa因子具有相似的亲和性，Ki值分别为0.08 nM和0.16 nM。
Apixaban已批准上市，作为抗凝剂用于预防静脉血栓栓塞(thromboembolism)和房颤中风。
