Perfect Genotyping Master Mix是专门为使用Taqman MGB探针进行SNP分型的即用型2×热启动PCR Master Mix。该Mix由BesTaq热启动酶、dNTPs、Mg2+以及相关缓冲液组成，只需加入引物、探针、模板和无菌水即可进行qPCR反应。
