说明：
ProteaseMAXTM Surfactant， Trypsin Enhancer (ProteaseMAXTM表面活性剂，胰蛋白酶增强剂 ) 用于改进凝胶内和溶液中的蛋白质酶解。该产品可与胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶和赖氨酸 -C 等合用，保证快速有效的蛋白消化。 ProteaseMAXTM Surfactant 同时可节省凝胶内蛋白消化所需的时间和人工。消化反应可在一个小时之内完成，这期间，该表面活性剂可同时从凝胶中提取肽，而不需要消化反应后另外进行肽提取。该表面活性剂也有助于按照常规提取方案操作时被滞留在凝胶中的较长肽段的回收。对于溶液中的消化反应， ProteaseMAXTM 表面活性剂可溶解蛋白，包括难以消化的蛋白 ( 如膜蛋白等 )，同时通过在蛋白酶加入前提供一个变性环境来加强消化能力。 ProteaseMAXTM 表面活性剂在酶解反应过程中可被降解，降解产物与下游实验具有兼容性，下游实验包括质谱分析法 (MS) 和液相色谱法 (LC)。未观察到残余的表面活性剂对质谱仪的离子光学镜片和毛细管部件产生长期的负面影响。ProteaseMAXTM 表面活性剂可与现有的凝胶内或溶液消化实验方法共同应用。
