Ku80 antibody [9403]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Ku80 antibody [9403] (GTX70274) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Ku80 antibody [9403] detects Ku80 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Ku80 stained by Ku80 antibody [9403] (GTX70274) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody (GTX102079) diluted at 1:1000.

GTX70274 at a 1/2000 dilution staining ~ 80 kDa Ku80 in 35mg of T24 whole cell extract. ECL detection.
