Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TET2 antibody [GT649] (GTX629881) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Cross-linked ChIP was performed with HeLa chromatin extract and 5 μg of either control mouse IgG or anti-TET2 antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to CCND2.
TET2 antibody [GT649] immunoprecipitates TET2 protein in IP experiments.
IP samples: 30 μg whole cell extract of TET2-transfected 293T cells.
