Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with eIF2 alpha (phospho Ser51) antibody (GTX130006) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Untreated (–) and treated (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with EIF2 alpha (phospho Ser51) antibody (GTX130006) diluted at 1:500.
EIF2 alpha (phospho Ser52) antibody detects EIF2 alpha (phospho Ser51) protein by western blot analysis. Un-treated (-) and treated (+, 300 μM Thapsigargin treatment for 8hr) PC-12 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with EIF2 alpha (phospho Ser52) antibody (GTX130006) at a dilution of 1:1000.
