Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ROR alpha antibody [C3], C-term (GTX108201) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ROR alpha antibody [C3], C-term detects ROR alpha protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: ROR alpha stained by ROR alpha antibody [C3], C-term (GTX108201) diluted at 1:1000.
Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
