检测原理：本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性抗大鼠IL-10抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上。酶标板孔中加入标准品、待测样本和生物素化的检测抗体，经过孵育，样本中存在的IL-10与固相抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后，加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的链霉亲和素(Streptavidin-HRP)。洗涤后，加入显色底物TMB，避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中IL-10的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应，在450 nm波长(参考波长5630 nm)测定吸光度值。

IL10 分子靶点综述
白细胞介素10(IL-10)是由2个长178个氨基酸的亚基构成的同源二聚体。在人类中，它由位于1号染色体的IL-10基因编码，由5个外显子组成。IL-10主要由单核细胞分泌，淋巴细胞、II型辅助性T细胞(Th2)、肥大细胞、CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞和部分活化的T细胞和B细胞分泌较少。它对免疫调控和炎症具有多种效应。它下调巨噬细胞的Th1细胞因子、II类MHC抗原和共刺激分子。它还能增强B细胞存活、增殖和抗体分泌。IL-10能阻断NF-κB活性，并参与JAK-STAT信号通路调控。IL-10的免疫抑制特性提示其可能应用于临床，抑制器官移植后的排斥。IL-10还具有强烈的消炎特性。

Involved in several processes, including cellular response to estradiol stimulus; liver regeneration; and negative regulation of nitric oxide biosynthetic process. Located in extracellular space. Used to study several diseases, including lung disease (multiple); perinatal necrotizing enterocolitis; sciatic neuropathy; toxic encephalopathy; and transient cerebral ischemia. Biomarker of several diseases, including artery disease (multiple); decubitus ulcer; lung disease (multiple); obstructive sleep apnea; and postpartum depression.
