：Transwell细胞侵袭 推荐货号：40183（标准型） 实验要点： 基质胶用无血清培养基按1:3-1:8稀释，加入Transwell上室，37℃聚合3-8h，使用前水化30min。细胞饥饿12-24h，调整密度至4×10⁴-5×10⁵个/mL，上室加100μL，下室加600μL含20%FBS培养基，培养12-48h后固定、结晶紫染色，擦去上室未迁移细胞后拍照计数。 案例集锦： 图3：细胞侵袭案例 总结
