The HRP-conjugated anti-mouset IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
Immunoprecipitation of TCP1 epsilon protein from 293T whole cell extracts using 5 μg of TCP1 epsilon antibody [GT639] (GTX631668).
Western blot analysis was performed using TCP1 epsilon antibody [GT639] (GTX631668).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.
TCP1 epsilon antibody [GT639] detects TCP1 epsilon protein at centrosome and cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: TCP1 epsilon stained by TCP1 epsilon antibody [GT639] (GTX631668) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
