肝细胞微粒体（ Liver Microsomes）
肝微粒体是体外研究一个化合物的代谢(酶抑制，清除率和代谢鉴定)以及药物-药物相互作用的主要工具。通常根据特定细胞色素酶的活性水平来选择微粒体。特定的人群有与其相对应的微粒体(如：吸烟者和不吸烟者的肺微粒体)或者分成不同的等级来满足抑制和代谢研究中目标细胞色素酶活性水平的需求。
