储 存 液：0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.1% Sodium azide
保存条件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

为金属蛋白的一种。含Zn2.2％、 Cd5.9％，与其它金属蛋白相比含量约高 10倍。从马肾脏皮质分离出来的，分子量为 6620。在作为组成成分的氨基酸中有 25％为半胱氨酸，作为金属结合部位而起作用。在身体内结合 Cd及 Hg等二价金属起解毒作用，同时也作为 Zn等的贮藏蛋白而起作用。
