康宁基底膜基质胶生长因子减少（GFR），与典型康宁 Matrigel Matrix相比，生长因子中除了TGF-beta其它都有所减少。另外，硫酸肝素糖蛋白减少40%-50%。三种规格：标准GFR，高浓度（HC）和不 含酚红的基底膜基质胶。三种都不含有LDEV。 
康宁356231 Matrigel Matrix GFR 可有效促进常规细胞和转变的锚锭依赖型上皮细胞以及其它类型细胞贴附分化，包括神经细胞、肝细胞、Sertoli细胞，小鸡晶状体和血管内皮细胞。康宁356231 Matrigel Matrix GFR可影响成年鼠肝细胞和血管内皮细胞基因表达，同样也影响三维培养的鼠和人乳腺内皮细胞的基因表达。它是多种肿瘤细胞检测的基础，支持体内末梢神经再 生和提供必要的培养基质用于体内或体外血管再生研究。康宁 Matrigel Matrix GFR支持人肿瘤细胞在无免疫鼠中繁殖，同时也可用作癌症干细胞模型提高体内肿瘤生长速率。 

注意事项：
康宁 Matrigel Basement Membrane Matrix 在22℃-35℃会快速形成凝胶。开启后要在4℃冰冻过夜，使用前放在冰块上，使用时要用预先冷冻的移液管、枪头和试管进行操作。在冻融过程中会有颜色变 化（淡黄色到暗红色），是因为二氧化碳和重碳酸盐缓冲液以及酚红发生反应。5% CO2平衡后颜色会消失。注意不要在无霜冰箱中冷冻保藏，避免多次重复冻融。开启前-20℃下冷冻保藏。

These include neurons, Sertoli cells, chick lens, and vascular endothelial cells, and hepatocytes. BD Matrigel will influence gene expression in adult rat hepatocytes as well as three dimensional culture in mouse and human mammary epithelial cells. It will support in vivoperipheral nerve regeneration, can be used for metabolism and toxicology studies, and is the basis for several types of tumor cell invasion assays. BD Matrigel provides the substrate necessary for the study of angiogenesis both in vitro and in vivo. BD Matrigel also supports in vivopropagation of human tumors in immunosupressed mice.
