产品描述：

Golgi-Cox染色法是研究神经元和胶质细胞正常和非正常形态最有效的方法之一。使用Golgi技术，在药物处理过的动物脑中和因神经疾病死亡的病人脑中发现了神经树突和树突棘微小的形态改变。然而Golgi染色法费时、染色结果不可靠，成为这种方法广泛应用的障碍。

美国Hitobiotec公司生产的Hito Golgi-Cox OptimStain Kit 是根据Ramon-Moliner, Glaser2和Van der Loos5所阐述的方法的原则设计的。高尔基染色试剂盒被广泛应用于很多动物的脑组织、脊髓组织及心脏组织染色切片染色，这个试剂盒不仅极大改进并简化了Golgi-Cox技术而且被证实在显示神经元和胶质细胞，特别是树突棘的形态细节上极为灵敏可靠。产品性能稳定，便于运输。一个标准的检测试剂盒，大概可用于50只小鼠大脑的染色。

2. 我们推荐客户订购：不含有毒试剂的：Hito Golgi-Cox OptimStain PreKit，这个是针对国际客户的去掉了有毒的HgCl₂和重铬酸钾的安全运输版，客户需要自己买这两种分析纯试剂，在一号溶液瓶里加入HgCl₂和重铬酸钾各 5.25克，盖紧瓶子剧烈摇晃十几分钟溶解后就和第一种完全版试剂盒一样了，这个试剂盒是无害的，可以用普通包装邮寄。
