IBEX销售一系列从肝素黄杆菌提取的高纯度的重组专有酶（肝素酶和软骨素酶）。

IBEX生产一系列高纯度重组糖胺聚糖（GAG）裂解酶产品;肝素肝素酶I，II，III??肝素，硫酸软骨素酶AC和软骨素酶B。IBEX也为技术领先的制药公司提供一系列用于研究目的关节炎的检测。

IBEX已经开发了专有的肝素黄杆菌表达系统并能产生这种纯度最高的酶。

Enzyme	Substrate
Heparinase I （EC 4.2.2.7） （ratio approx. 3:1）. Eliminative cleavage of polysaccharides containing 1,4-linked D-glucuronate or L-iduronate residues and 1,4-a-linked 2-sulfoamino-2-deoxy-6-sulfo-D-glucose residues to give oligosaccharides with terminal 4-deoxy-a-D-gluc-4-enuronosyl groups at their non-reducing ends Heparinase I cleaves heparin, and to a lesser extent, heparan sulfate. （MSDS Sheet）.
Heparinase II （EC unassigned） Heparinase II cleaves heparin and heparan sulfate.
Heparinase III （EC 4.2.2.8） Heparinase III cleaves heparan sulfate exclusively, and does not cleave unfractionated heparin or low molecular weight heparins.
Chondroitinase AC（EC 4.2.2.5） Eliminative degradation of polysaccharides containing 1,4-b-D-hexosaminyl and 1,3-b-D-glucuronosyl linkages to disaccharides containing 4-deoxy-b-D-gluc-4-enuronosyl groups. Chondroitinase AC cleaves chondroitin sulfates A and C.
Chondroitinase B （EC 4.2.2.19） Chondroitinase B cleaves dermatan sulfate.
