Genebridege公司的FLPe表达质粒707-710可以促成大肠杆菌中以FLP为媒介的定点重组，在30°C时以低拷贝数传播。Flpe基因由λR启动子驱动，受控于不耐热cI857阻遏蛋白。温度从30°C上升至37°C会引发FLPe重组酶暂态表达。由于pSC101复制原点的缘故，表达质粒在37°C时不再复制，因此它们最终会消失。与野生型FLP蛋白相比，FLPe拥有更好的耐热性，在37 – 40°C时显示出更强的重组酶活性产品信息如下：

Selection Cassettes
