ChromPure Bovine IgG, whole molecule, Biotin-SP在一些如胸腺、脾脏、血液的组织以及造血细胞、淋巴细胞、B细胞等细胞内，通常含有较多的Fc受体，这时候选择二抗时最好选择Anti-IgG, F(ab’)2 fragment这样的特异性二抗，这样就消除了由于Fc部分与IgG的非特异性结合。常规的Anti-IgG (H+L)二抗与IgG的重链和轻链都有结合反应，即与IgG的Fc的F(ab’)2片段都能结合；由于IgG、IgM、IgA都有保守的轻链结构域，因此Anti-IgG (H+L)与它们都有交叉反应。而Anti-IgG, F(ab’)2 fragment经过了IgG Fc片段的吸附，因此只与IgG的F(ab’)2片段结合，然而IgG、IgM、IgA都有保守的轻链结构域，因此与它们也有交叉反应。
