文献和实验Nunc Maxisorp酶标板准确度和线性范围：市场竞争比较
摘要 在免疫学检测中，酶标板的检测精准性和保证酶标板精准性的浓度范围，是决定使用哪种酶标板品牌的非常重要因素。本实验采用商业化的ELISA实验方法来分析比较11种不同品牌的酶标板的精准性和线性范围。实验证明在所有测试的酶标板中，Nunc MaxiSorp酶标板具有最广的线性范围（4-2000 pg待测蛋白/mL ）。MaxiSorp酶标板也显示出了良好的重复性，另外100%的MaxiSorp酶标板的R2 超过0.99，因此它在所有测试的不同品牌的酶标板中具有最精确的结果。
