Purified Monoclonal Antibody against BRST-3 (clone B72.3)
(Formerly Signet Catalog Nos: 612-01, 612-16 L1 Predilute, 612-26 L2 Predilute, 612-36 LV Predilute)Intended Use ** In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) ** Clone B72.3 Form Purified Antibody (in 0.01M PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Mouse Species Reactivity BRST-3 Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Human IsoType IgG1 Specificity The B72.3 monoclonal antibody recognizes TAG-72 (Tumor Associated Glycoprotein-72), a high molecular weight (220-400 kDa) glycoprotein complex. TAG-72 is expressed by a wide variety of human adenocarcinomas.
This antibody was generated against a membrane-enriched fraction of a breast carcinoma metastatic to the liver.
