This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone 186-2G9 Form Purified Antibody (in 0.01M PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host CD50 Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Mouse Species Reactivity Human IsoType IgG2b Specificity The Signet CD50 (186-2G9) antibody reacts with the single chain 120kDa polypeptide cellular adhesion molecule (CD50 antigen ICAM-3).
This antibody was developed using stimulated human leukocytes.
Prediluted Format:
SIG-3648-26 [L2 6 mL] is ready-to-use with Biotin-based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).Uses This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested Working Dilution CD50 Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: Ready-to-use with Biotin based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250)
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
Pretreatment: For optimal staining, the sections should be pretreated with an antigen unmasking solution such as Sodium Citrate HIER (SIG-31932)
Incubation: 20 minutes at room temperature
