Analytical and performance characteristics are not established.Form Antiserum (in 0.01M PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Hepatitis B Core Antigen (HBcAg) Polyclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Rabbit Species Reactivity Human Specificity The SIGNET Hepatitis B Core Antigen (HBcAg) detects the replicative form of the virus found in the nucleus of Hepatitis B infected cells. Perinuclear cytoplasmic staining is sometimes observed.
This antibody was developed using the recombinant core DNA of Hepatitis B virus.

Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: ≥1:40 (concentrated format) with Biotin based detection systems such as Signets USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250)
