Description 
Purified Polyclonal Antibody against Human Chorionic Gonadotropin-β (hCG-β)
(Formerly Signet Catalog Nos: 213-01, 213-16 L1 Predilute, 213-26 L2 Predilute)Intended Use ** In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) ** Form Purified Antibody (in 0.01M PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Human Chorionic Gonadotropin-β Polyclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET) Human Specificity The Signet anti-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin-β antibody stains trophoblastic cells of normal placenta, neoplastic trophoblasts of choriocarcinomas, and some cells of breast carcinomas.
This antibody was generated using hCG, β-subunit.

SIG-3213-26 [6 mL] is ready-to-use with Biotin-based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).Uses Human Chorionic Gonadotropin-β Polyclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: ≥1:40 (concentrated format) with Biotin based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrasteptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
Pretreatment: Not required
Incubation: 20 minutes at room temperature
