Specificity
The Signet anti-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) antibody stains trophoblastic cells of normal placenta and neoplastic trophoblasts of choriocarcinomas and teratomas. Some cases of cervical carcinoma, endometrial carcinoma, and breast carcinoma are also positive for hCG.
This antibody was generated using human hCG.

Suggested Working Dilution

IHC: ≥1:40 (concentrated format) with Biotin based detection systems such as Signet’s USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250). Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues Pretreatment: Not required Incubation: 20-60 minutes at room temperature
