This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Form Affinity Purified Antibody (Stored in 10 mM Hepes (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 ug/mL BSA and 50% glycerol) Host ERK (p44/42 MAP Kinase) [Thr202/Tyr204] Polyclonal Antibody, Phospho-Specific Rabbit Species Reactivity Mammalian [Ab] 0.1 mg/mL Specificity This antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding the phospho Thr 202 and Tyr 204 of MAP kinase. It is specific for Mr 42/44 kD protein phosphorylated at Thr 202/Tyr204. Immunolabeling in UV treated Jurkat cells is blocked by the phosphopeptide but not by the dephosphopeptide. This antibody was purified by sequential chromatography on protein A and phospho- and dephospho- peptide affinity columns. Uses These antibodies are effective in immunoblotting.
