ER荧光素酶报告基因（报告基因质粒）（ER luciferase reporter plasimd）是钰博生物自主研发的用于检测ER转录活性水平为目的的报告基因。ER(Estrogen Receptor)属于类固醇受体超家族中的一员，雌激素通过与它们的结合发挥生物学功能。ER在激素源性肿瘤、骨骼的形成、脂肪分化、能量代谢等方面有重要的生物学功能。
ER报告基因主要用于检测细胞中ER调节的信号通路的活性、药物研究以及基因过表达和RNAi的表型分析等。
PGMER-Lu是钰博生物改造后的哺乳动物真核表达载体，在其多克隆位点插入了多个ER结合位点，可以高灵敏度地检测ER的激活水平。同时，对载体中预测出的其它转录因子以外的结合位点进行了适当的突变，增加了质粒的转录因子结合特异性。由于质粒体积减小，使得ER报告基因质粒更易于转染。

PGMER-Lu可以采用常规转染方法转染哺乳动物细胞。用荧光素酶检测试剂盒或双荧光素酶检测试剂盒进行检测。
