    应用:小牛胸腺DNA(CT-DNA)是一种天然DNA,广泛用于研究调节DNA结构和功能的DNA结合抗癌剂和DNA结合剂。小牛胸腺DNA也用于溶液中DNA行为的物理化学研究。

    质量:“高度聚合”

    物理属性:λmax259nm(100mM磷酸盐缓冲液,pH7.0)。来自小牛胸腺的DNA含41.9mole% G-C和58.1mole% A-T。1在260nm处的OD为1.0,对应于约50μg的双链DNA。

    外形:纤维状制剂

    制备说明:本品采用未指定性别的小牛的胸腺组织制备。该产物采用可引起剪切的方法进行提取,产生双链和单链DNA的高度聚合混合物。 但是,双链DNA是主要形式。

    重悬:DNA溶液已在4℃,pH 7.5-8,含1mM EDTA且不含抑菌剂的10mM Tris中成功保存数月。 在低浓度(μg/ml)条件下,DNA倾向于吸附在塑料管表面上。不建议将DNA储存在高碱性溶液中,因为DNA在pH大于8.0的碱性条件下会降解。

    本品能够以2mg/ml的浓度溶于水。为了进一步减少DNA剪切,不应使用超声处理或搅拌。 建议在0-4°C轻轻摇晃过夜,以便完全溶解DNA。 建议添加1mM EDTA,以防止核酸酶降解DNA。
