    General description

    烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)是一种普遍存在的 电子载体 和辅助因子。NAD+包含通过焦磷酸部分连接在一起的腺苷酸和烟酰胺-5′-核糖核苷酸基团。在NAD+复合物中,酶-辅因子的相互作用高度保守。

    Application

    NAD可用于体外糖原合酶激酶3(GSK3)的脱乙酰化分析。它也可用在酶联动力学测定动力学特征的测定过程中,作为测定混合物的组分之一。
    I级NAD(烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸)用于人类第IV类乙醇脱氢酶的动力学研究。

    NAD还参与微生物的分解代谢。β-NAD在几种细胞过程中充当各种酶的底物。
    NAD(烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸)/NADH比可调节细胞内的氧化还原电位,从而影响体内代谢反应。它是电子受体。
