说明

应用:来自溶组织梭菌(Clostridium histolyticum)的胶原酶，可用于从许多类型的动物组织中分离细胞。VETEC II型胶原酶具有较高的梭菌蛋白酶活性，适用于骨、心脏、肝脏、甲状腺和唾液原代细胞的分离。

生化/生理作用:每摩尔胶原蛋白酶被4g原子钙活化。 它被乙二醇-双(β-氨基乙基醚)-N，NN′,N′-四乙酸，β-巯(qiú)基乙醇、谷胱甘肽、巯(qiú)基乙酸和8-羟基喹(kuí)啉抑制。

质量:也具有梭菌蛋白酶、非特异性中性蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶活性。
