说明:动物角质化组织中(包括但不仅限于毛发,指甲,角,羊毛)蛋白质含量占80% 。这些组织中含有很多分子量10-135KD不同类型的α-角蛋白。蛋白质大多数分子量为10-65KD。传统方法从角质化组织中提取蛋白质,其缓冲液中通常含有高浓度的尿素,硫niao,盐酸胍等强变性剂,虽然这些变性剂是比较有效的,但是由于缓冲液与组织比值过大,提取出的蛋白质浓度通常很低,进一步分析前还需浓缩,高浓度变性剂很可能干扰下游实验。HD-021试剂盒无需使用上面提到的强变性剂,可有效的提取动物角化组织中的蛋白质,提取出的蛋白质无需浓缩,可直接用于SDS-PAGE。缓冲液中含有0.5%SDS和其他化学成分。蛋白得率可达1-2mg/ml.
