TRNzol Universal 是在 TRNzol 基础上研发的含有指示剂的总 RNA 提取试剂。该产品具有更强的裂解能力,更高的灵敏度,可从病毒、细菌、 真菌、动物和植物细胞、组织、体液等样本中提取总 RNA 的试剂。 TRNzol Universal 能够充分裂解样本、溶解细胞内含物,并有效抑制 RNase 活性,高效提取样本中的总RNA,同时保证了提取过程中 RNA 的完整性。该试剂对样本起始量无限制,一个小时内即可完成反应。

下游应用
经 TRNzol Universal 试剂提取的总 RNA 有效的消除了 DNA 和蛋白等杂质的污染, 可直接用于 Northern Blot、Dot Blot、 PolyA 筛选、体外翻译、RNase 保护分析、 cDNA 文库构建、RT-PCR、荧光定量 PCR、高通量测序等各种分子生物学实验。
实验结果

实验方法:
分别取30 mg 大鼠肝脏组织,100 mg 水稻叶片,1×106 人培养细胞 HepG 2 和700 μl 酿酒酵母菌液(OD600=0.9) 各数份,组织进行液氮研磨处理,细胞和酵母离心收集细胞,然后分别加入1 ml 的TIANGEN 公司TRNzol Universal 总RNA 提取试剂(DP424) 和竞争公司L、T 的相应产品,按各自说明书操作步骤进行RNA 提取。洗脱体积分别为80 μl、50 μl、30 μl 和30 μl ,RNA 电泳上样量均为3 μl,1% 琼脂糖凝胶电泳,6 V/cm,电泳20 min,M III:TIANGEN MarkerIII。
实验结果:
TIANGEN 公司TRNzol Universal 总RNA 提取试剂(DP424)对大鼠肝脏、水稻叶片、培养细胞和酵母等样本均可提取纯度高,完整性好的RNA,提取得率高与竞争公司L 和T 产品结果相比,RNA 质量相当或略高。
