Molecular Analysis in Factor XI Deficiency
Factor XI (FXI) is the zymogen precursor of an active serine protease that participates in the contact phase of coagulation. Synthesized in the liver, it circulates in the plasma in a noncovalent complex with high molecular weight kininogen
在脊椎动物血液或内脏中存在的由 9至 10个氨基酸残基组成的一条直链肽，可作用于平滑肌、改变血压或血管壁的透性。动物体内发现的此类物质包括运动徐缓素、缓激肽（ kallidin）、 methyonillysyl- bradykinin、叶激肽（ phyllokinin）和 polisteskinin等。其前身为激肽原（ kininogen），是在激肽酶（ kininase）的催化下而转变成激肽（ kinin）的。
