失常也以少用ⅠA、ⅠC类为宜。 制剂与用法 硫酸奎尼丁（quinidine sulfate）心房纤颤或心房扑动：先口服0.1g，观察一天。如无不良反应，次日每隔2～4小时一次，0.2g/次，连续5次。如第一日心律未转为窦性，且无明显毒性反应，第二日用0.3g/次，每2小时1次，连续5次，仍未转为窦性可再服一日，然后改为0.4g/次。每日剂量不宜超过2g。转为窦性后，可用维持量，每6小时一次。0.2g/次，2～3次/日。频率发作过早搏动：0.2g/次，3～4次/日。极量：0.6g/次，3g
