制备方法 : This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human SerpinB1 / ELANH2 (rh SerpinB1 / ELANH2; Catalog#12588-H08B; P30740; Met 1-Pro 379). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
SerpinB1 / ELANH2抗体 Background
Leukocyte elastase inhibitor, also known as Monocyte/neutrophil elastase inhibitor, Peptidase inhibitor 2, PI-2, SERPINB1, SerpinB1, ELANH2 and MNEI, is a cytoplasm protein which belongs to theserpin family and Ov-serpin subfamily. SerpinB1 / ELANH2 regulates the activity of the neutrophil proteases elastase, cathepsin G, proteinase-3, chymase, chymotrypsin, and kallikrein-3. Reactive bond 1 of SerpinB1 / ELANH2 is specific for reaction with chymotrypsin-like protease such as cathepsin G, chymotrypsin or chymase, while reactive bond 2 of SerpinB1 / ELANH2 is specific for reaction with elastase-like protease such as neutrophyl elastase, proteinase-3, pancreatic elastase or PSA. Serpins are the largest and most diverse family of serine protease inhibitors which are involved in a number of fundamental biological processes such as blood coagulation, complement activation, fibrinolysis, angiogenesis, inflammation and tumor suppression and are expressed in a cell-specific manner. Serpins are a group of proteins with similar structures that were first identified as a set of proteins able to inhibit proteases. The acronym serpin was originally coined because many serpins inhibit chymotrypsin-like serine proteases (serine protease inhibitors). Over 1000 serpins have been identified.
