【背景资料】：肌红蛋白（Myoglobin,Mb）是一种氧结合血红素蛋白，主要分布于心肌和骨骼肌组织。在急性心肌损伤时， Mb最先被释放入血液中，在症状出现约2-3小时后，血中Mb可超出正常上限，9-12小时达到峰值，24-36小时后恢复正常。对于怀疑ACS的病人建议连续采样测定，因为症状出现和蛋白标志物释放到血液之间有一段延迟。在ACS早期诊断和监测的临床效用已有大量文献报告。Mb阴性有助于排除心梗。
