LncRNA PCR芯片可以用于检测在癌组织与正常组织有差异表达的84个lncRNA表达情况。这些lncRNA选自于文献报到的与各种肿瘤诊断、发生、转移、预后相关的lncRNA。另外还有lncRNA是通过生物学预测可能与肿瘤相关的microRNA有作用的、或者在基因组中与重要的原癌基因、抑癌基因邻近的lncRNA.
