外被体蛋白质Ⅰ(coatmer proteinⅠ, COPⅠ)
COPⅠ是一种胞质溶胶蛋白质复合物,由7个亚基组成:α、β、β＇、γ、δ、ε、ζ。如同网格蛋白,COPⅠ外被体在出芽小泡的胞质溶胶面聚合, 形成COPⅠ被膜小泡, 小泡形成之后很快解聚。COPⅠ的某些亚基(如β亚基)具有衔接蛋白的作用,可同膜蛋白的细胞质结构域结合促进小泡的形成,由COPⅠ作为外被的小泡称为COP Ⅰ被膜小泡。
