应用:

DMSO是一种用于化学反应[如聚合酶链式反应(PCR)]的极性非质子溶剂，也可作为冷冻保护玻璃化剂用于保存细胞、组织和器官。DMSO可在细胞冷冻培养基中用于保护细胞免受冰晶导致的机械损伤。它可用于原代、继代培养和重组的异倍体和杂交瘤细胞系、胚胎干细胞(ESC)以及造血干细胞的冻存。DMSO常与BSA或胎牛血清(FBS)一同使用。
