| Function | Broad specificity aminopeptidase which plays a role in the final digestion of peptides generated from hydrolysis of proteins by gastric and pancreatic proteases. Also involved in the processing of various peptides including peptide hormones, such as angiotensin III and IV, neuropeptides, and chemokines. May also be involved the cleavage of peptides bound to major histocompatibility complex class II molecules of antigen presenting cells. May have a role in angiogenesis and promote cholesterol crystallization. |

多是多克隆；而小鼠来源的抗体多是单克隆，但也有另外。这条主要要与后面的二抗来源相匹配。（3）实验目的是检测什么种属的抗原，即species reactivity。这一点很重要，一般说明书上都有注明，如小鼠Ms、大鼠Rat、人Hum等等。（4）能否做免疫组化。一般一抗说明书都会注明做WB、IHC、ICC、IF等，建议最好选择注明的抗体，因为一般都是经过文章证明。（5）检测标本类型。用于检测石蜡切片还是冰冻切片，一般能做石蜡切片的抗体，可能都可以用来检测冰冻切片，但能做冰冻切片的抗体，不一定能检测石蜡
