原理方法
小鼠白细胞介素-10（IL-10）固相夹心酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）使用一对高度匹配的抗体来捕获和定量目标分析物。微孔板孔内涂有特异性抗体，该抗体能选择性地结合人白细胞介素-10（Hu IL-10）。随后，将样品、标准品或对照品加入孔中，使目标物与固定的（捕获）抗体结合。加入第二抗体（检测抗体）形成夹心复合物。然后加入底物溶液，引发酶-抗体-目标复合物的反应，产生可测量的信号。该信号的强度与原始样本中Hu IL-10的浓度成正比。
